Tinal Electrical Ltd

Tinal Electrical Ltd, incorporated in 2000 and t/a Atlantic Developments, is a general building and property development company specialising in residential and commercial developments in the South Kerry area with specific emphasis on Kenmare and its environs.

Founded by Michael O’Sullivan who has over 40 years experience in building and property development, the company is now jointly managed by Michael and his daughter Shelagh O’Sullivan along with Technical Director Philip Boyle, who has over 20 years experience on large-scale building and infrastructure projects.

Key Projects of Atlantic Developments include:

Atlantic Gateway - is an exciting development of 50 luxury homes. It comprises of a mixture of 3-bedroom semi detached houses of circa 135 sq m (1452 sq ft) and 3 or 4-bedroom detached houses of circa 173 sq m (1866 sq ft).

Orchard Grove – an architect-designed mixed development of retail, commercial, private residential homes, apartments and duplexes and Section 23 holiday homes.

The Atlantic Lodge – an architect-designed 30 bedroomed,all ensuite guesthouse with corresponding guest reception and dining areas. Circa 6000 sq. ft.

Sunnyhill – a mixed development of 56 private residential and Section 23 detached and semi-detached homes of between 1350 and 1650 sq. ft.

Riverside Villas – a mixed development of 49 private residential and Section 23 detached and semi-detached and terraced homes of between 1300 and 1700 sq. ft.
